We wanted to check out the Casino (which, it turns out, never was a gambling hall) . . .
I loved the big Art Deco murals on the outside walls of the Casino . . .
We enjoyed the rooftop patio of the Hotel St. Lauren, with a wonderful view of the city of Avalon . . .
The fountains, decorative tilework, and the other colorful sights along the Avalon Walkway . . .
